A 3-day seminar for regulation, embodiment, and deep connection with the nervous system.
At the center of this work is the vagus nerve, as a bridge between breath, heart, belly, voice, and inner safety. Through Shiatsu-ShinTai, bodywork, breath, perception, and practical exercises, participants learn how to understand, support, and regulate the nervous system toward greater calmness, presence, and vitality.
